Why aren't my Amazon fees up-to-date

As a seller, you may sometimes log into Seller Ledger and see that, while we have imported the most recent orders from your Amazon account, you don't see any recent fees.

This is because the fee information that we get from Amazon comes from the settlement reports, which Amazon generates right before a payout. The orders come from a different report, which is produced much more frequently. As such, you can sometimes see a situation part-way through a payout cycle where orders are visible, but fees are not (yet.)

Once the next regular payout happens, you can expect the fees to show up.
