Why am I unable to link my Walmart account to Seller Ledger?

On a rare occasion, customers may get what seems like an odd message when trying to link their Walmart Marketplace account to Seller Ledger:

We have seen this issue show up intermittently. The most common work-around is to go log into your Walmart Marketplace first, before trying to connect from within Seller Ledger.

If that doesn't work, the next best recommendation is to wait a day or two, because it may simply be an issue on Walmart's back-end.

If, after several days, you are still unable to connect your Walmart Marketplace account to Seller Ledger, please email us at [email protected] so that we can open a ticket with Walmart.

In order to open a ticket with them, they request the following information:

• A full-page screenshot of the error. Please make sure that the screenshot shows the URL at the top of the browser, as that often contains key information. Better yet, if you can copy and past the url of the page where you're seeing the error, please send that in.
• Your Walmart Marketplace Partner ID

If you can provide those details, we will take it from there.
