What can I do within a client account?

As an accounting professional who has been granted access to a client's account, you can do anything a client can do with the following exceptions:

  • You cannot link a connected sales channel or bank/credit card
  • You cannot change the subscription settings
  • You cannot change the business name
  • You cannot change the access of your accounting pro relationship

Other than those restrictions, you will be able to categorize and re-categorize transactions as you see fit, run reports, export data, etc.
