Why is my Mercari import saying "Could not find any valid rows in the CSV"?
When we import order history from Mercari, we only import orders who's status is "Completed." If you try uploading a file with orders in another state (for example, "wait_review", ) you may see this error message.
The good news is, once those orders do complete, you should be set to download and re-upload the Mercari file.
