Why is my Depop balance wrong?

Our Depop integration is able to bring in sales and expense transactions from Depop, but not their payouts. We also do not get a current account balance from Depop. This is a limitation of them not having a public API, so we use the browser extension to get their transaction history CSV files.

Because of all of this, the "balance" that we show for Depop is a sum total of all of the transaction history. But without payouts, that balance would continue to grow over time. Normally, the way to address this is to connect the bank where those payouts get deposited, and categorize them as transfers from your Depop account. Those transfers would then also show up in your Depop account and reduce your balance appropriately.
