When should I categorize a transaction as "not for business" vs "hidden"?

Seller Ledger provides 2 ways to remove transactions from your business reports and taxes.

Not for business

If you have personal transactions in your Seller Ledger account, and don't want them included in your business totals, then you would want to categorize them as "Not for business." Doing so will remove them from your business reports, but leave them in your checking and credit card accounts. This makes it easier to reconcile those accounts, as the personal/non-business transactions would still affect the account balance

Hidden transactions

The ability to "hide" transactions means pretty much exactly what it says - it hides the transaction not only from your business reports, but it will also hide ii from your account as well. The most common reason to use this option would be in cases where you have a duplicate transaction and want to remove it.
